Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Head to lead our quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) function across all projects. The role involves developing and implementing quality systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards (ISO 9001:2015), and driving continuous improvement in project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, implement, and continuously improve the quality management system across all project sites
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and client-specific quality standards
  • Lead the QA/QC team and oversee quality inspections, audits, and reports
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to maintain quality deliverables
  • Review project documents (method statements, ITPs, checklists) and approve quality submissions
  • Conduct training sessions and toolbox talks to enforce quality culture
  • Identify non-conformities and implement root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Lead internal and external quality audits and ensure timely closure of findings
  • Monitor subcontractor performance from a quality standpoint
  • Prepare monthly quality reports and submit to management and clients

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • In-depth knowledge of QA/QC procedures, standards, and regulations
  • Strong understanding of civil, PEB, MEP, and finishing works
  • Experience in preparing and reviewing ITPs, QAPs, NCRs, RFIs
  • Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and quality-related software
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to train, mentor, and drive quality ownership across teams

Preferred Background:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in QA/QC in industrial/EPC projects
  • Experience working with tier-1 clients, consultants, and third-party auditors
  • Certification in Quality Management / ISO Lead Auditor (preferred)
