Job Title: Cyber Security Analyst Job Description: We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Cyber Security Analyst to join our growing technology team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of protecting our organization’s digital infrastructure — monitoring systems, identifying vulnerabilities, and responding to threats in real time. The ideal candidate is passionate about cyber defense, thrives in fast-paced environments, and understands the evolving threat landscape of today’s digital world. Key Responsibilities: Monitor network traffic and security alerts to detect and respond to potential threats. Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses. Investigate security breaches and develop incident response strategies. Implement and maintain firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint protection. Conduct regular audits of security policies, standards, and configurations. Collaborate with IT teams to strengthen overall security posture. Stay updated on emerging threats, attack vectors, and industry best practices. Required Skills & Experience: 2–5 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or a related field. Strong understanding of network security, encryption, and authentication protocols . Hands-on experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, or ELK) and vulnerability scanners. Knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, and cloud security tools . Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, or SOC 2 . Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity. Industry certifications such as CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CISM . Experience in incident response and forensic analysis.
