Admissions Counselor

This role is responsible for attracting students to the University by implementing effective strategies, promoting the University both nationally and internationally, and ensuring a smooth admission process. The Admission Counsellor will also address queries from students and parents in a professional and supportive manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective students/parents through calls and tele-counselling to schedule counselling sessions.
- Meet prospective students and answer queries regarding the University, programs, and opportunities.
- Review applications and guide students to appropriate resources on courses, financial aid, scholarships, and related information.
- Provide accurate information regarding admission documentation and mandatory requirements.
- Conduct campus tours for prospective students to familiarize them with the University’s infrastructure.
- Represent the University at schools, seminars, events, and other promotional activities.
- Manage the entire admission process from application to final enrollment.
- Follow up with potential candidates after visits to ensure effective closures.
- Stay updated with admission policies, procedures, and requirements.
- Organize outreach activities such as workshops, expert talks, health camps, etc.
- Achieve key performance indicators: 100–150 calls per day during peak admission season.
