Job Description We are looking for a driven Deal Closer to take ownership of the final stage of our sales cycle. The role involves converting qualified leads into successful enrollments through effective communication, strong persuasion, and a consultative approach. You’ll play a key role in achieving monthly targets and driving revenue growth for our psychology programs. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of hot and qualified leads and convert them into enrollments Understand learner needs, explain program benefits, and address objections confidently Maintain high call-to-conversion ratios through persuasive selling techniques Follow up strategically via calls, WhatsApp, and email to ensure closure Collaborate with the counseling and marketing teams to improve conversion rates Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets Maintain detailed records of all conversations and closures in the CRM system Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (Psychology preferred) Minimum 6 months experience in sales or EdTech closing roles Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills Strong ability to handle objections and convert interest into commitment Self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient under pressure
