We’re now looking for a UI/UX Developer who can help us bring our vision to life—someone who can translate complex functionality into elegant, user-friendly designs. Role OverviewAs a UI/UX Developer, you will work closely with the product, AI, and engineering teams to design and implement engaging, responsive, and accessible user interfaces. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the look and feel of a platform that integrates cutting-edge AI features into everyday workflows. ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement intuitive user experiences for web-based SaaS applicationsTranslate user requirements, research findings, and AI-driven workflows into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designsDesign and implement responsive, mobile-first UIs using modern frontend technologiesCreate and maintain a consistent design system and component libraryConduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on design solutionsEnsure accessibility, performance, and scalability of UI componentsWork closely with AI teams to present complex data, models, and interactions in a clear and engaging manner Requirements2–5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role in a SaaS or tech startup environmentStrong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or AngularProficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or SketchSolid understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and responsive designExperience building user-centric interfaces for complex applicationsFamiliarity with integrating AI/ML-driven features into user flows is a big plusAbility to work independently and iterate quickly based on feedback Nice to HaveExperience designing for data-heavy or AI-based platformsKnowledge of motion design, animations, or data visualization libraries (e.G., D3.Js, Chart.Js)Exposure to open-source projects or community-driven design contributionsUnderstanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and internationalizationWhat You’ll GetA chance to shape the visual identity and user journey of a platform from the ground upWork closely with a founding team and AI engineers on impactful, meaningful problems
