We are seeking a competitive and motivated B2B Sales Executive to drive sustainable business growth by identifying new opportunities and building long-term relationships with corporate clients. As part of our dynamic sales team, your main goal will be to expand our market presence and exceed company expectations through exceptional sales performance and client management. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential B2B sales opportunities and assess client needs. 
  • Actively prospect for new clients via networking, and social media outreach. 
    • Schedule meetings with prospective corporate clients to understand their business needs and present tailored solutions. 
      • Deliver compelling presentations to demonstrate the company's services and capabilities. 
        • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and financial metrics. 
          • Ensure product and service demonstrations are well-prepared and aligned with client expectations. 
            • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions. 
              • Negotiate contracts, address client concerns, and close deals effectively. 
                • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements
  • 2 to 3 years of proven experience in B2B Sales / Real Estate Sales / Client-Facing Sales is mandatory. 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English. 
      • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications and digital communication tools. 
        • Deep understanding of sales techniques, client engagement strategies, and negotiation methods. 
          • Ability to understand and present real estate services effectively. 
            • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently. 
              • Minimum Qualification: High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred).
