The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product awareness, engagement, and sales. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product positioning and messaging.Qualifications: BMS (Marketing) / BBA (Marketing) / MBA (Marketing) / M.Com (Marketing)Experience : 2-4 years preferrable, Freshers may also apply.Your job description defines a portion of your role, while your initiative and creativity shape the rest. You should have a mindset that operates 24/7 and is continuously proactive.Key Responsibilities :Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape and analyze market data to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop and articulate compelling product value propositions and key messages also create targeted marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and case studies.Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with product management, sales, and other departments to define and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches. In addition to develop launch plans, timelines, and promotional campaigns.Sales Enablement: Provide training and support to sales teams on product features, benefits, and competitive positioning. Create sales tools and collateral to facilitate the sales process.Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
