We are seeking a talented Lead Generation Executive with 0 - 1 Years of experience in IT Service industry.

What you will do:

•Lead Identification: Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking events.

•Lead Qualification: Assess the potential of leads by gathering relevant information and determining their fit with the company's offerings.

•CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-up actions in the company's CRM system.

•Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.

•Reporting: Track and report on lead generation metrics, including conversion rates, lead sources, and campaign performance.

Requirements
•Experience: Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role, preferably in the Lead Gen or IT services company for at least 6 months..

•Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and other lead generation tools.

•Research Skills: Ability to conduct thorough research and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.

•Self-Motivated: Driven to achieve and exceed lead generation targets on a daily basis.

•Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively on multiple lead gen tasks with the sales and marketing teams.
