Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of both technical and functional aspects of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, along with a proven track record in implementing and supporting HCM :

- Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud applications including Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, and Learning Management.

- Design and develop custom reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICE) using tools such as BI Publisher, Oracle PL/SQL, and Oracle Integration Cloud.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.

- Provide functional guidance and best practices for HR processes and configurations, ensuring alignment with business needs.

- Develop test cases and conduct unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure system integrity and functionality.

- Stay updated on Oracle HCM Cloud releases and features, recommending enhancements to optimize the HCM system.

Must Skill Have :

- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM modules, including but not limited to Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Learning Management.

- Proficient in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and Oracle Integration Cloud.

- Experience with data migration and integration with other systems.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
