Key Responsibilities :

- Configure HCM modules, create customizations, and develop reports using Oracle tools.

- Manage system integrations with other enterprise applications, ensuring smooth data flow and integrity.

- Troubleshoot and resolve both technical and functional issues within the Oracle HCM system.

- Provide support and guidance to users on system functionality and best practices.

- Develop and execute test plans, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist with system rollouts.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 12+ years of experience with Oracle HCM (Cloud or On-Premise).

- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits.

- Proven experience in system configuration and customization of Oracle HCM applications.

- Proficiency with Oracle reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formula.

- Experience in system integrations and data migrations.

- Solid understanding of Oracle technical frameworks (SQL, PL/SQL, APIs, Web Services).

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills :

- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications.

- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware and Cloud Infrastructure
