Role Description:

  • Develop workflows and automations to streamline business processes.
  • ⁠Understanding business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Configure and customize Zoho modules (HRMS, CRM, People, Payroll, Desk) to meet the unique needs of the organization.
  • Provide training and support to end-users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho Applications

Who are we looking for:

  • Proven experience as an ERP Functional Consultant with specific expertise in Zoho modules (HRMS, CRM, People, Payroll, Desk).
  • Proficiency in Deluge scripting for Zoho customization.
  • Functional understanding of enterprise software and its impact on operations.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation.
