The role involves managing legal compliance, mitigating risks, and supporting the company's strategic growth.Key Responsibilities:1. Draft and review transaction documents (e.g., Sale Deeds, Land Agreements, Construction Contracts, etc.).2. Lead negotiations on land acquisition, mergers, and financing agreements3. Manage end-to-end transaction documentation, from drafting to registration.4. Coordinate with legal teams, landowners, and external advocates.5. Conduct title due diligence and identify potential risks.6. Draft legal notices and pleadings related to disputes.7. Provide updates on legal changes impacting the business.8. Guide the company on FDI regulations in real estate.9. Work closely with internal teams to resolve legal queries.Requirements:1. 5+ years of experience as a qualified lawyer2. Expertise in real estate and corporate law, including joint venture transactions, customer agreements, and dispute handling+ should be fluent in Marathi Language .3. Experience with title due diligence, RERA regulations, and legal research.4. Strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.5. Experience in handling litigations and contract negotiations.Skills:In-depth knowledge of statutory, RERA, legal, and secretarial compliances.Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
