The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Dell Technologies, including ECS, Data Domain, Avamar and Networker with a strong track record in managing backups policies as per the compliance recommendation.Key Responsibilities:Administer and maintain Dell ECS, Data Domain, Avamar and Networker platforms.Manage end-to-end backup operations for enterprise systems.Support and maintain MS Exchange and SQL Server infrastructures.Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize system downtime.Communicate complex technical matters in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance and system stability.Core Competencies:Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.Ability to multitask and adapt in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.Quick learner with the ability to simplify and explain technical concepts.Self-driven and solution-oriented with a proactive mindset.
