Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented and client-focused Senior Fashion Designer- Men's Wear with minimum 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and creating bespoke wear and the ability to handle B2C/B2B appointments, including traveling to client locations when required for B2C appointments. A valid driving license and the ability to drive a four-wheeler are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Take accurate body measurements to ensure perfect garment fitting.

2. Prepare detailed price quotations based on the client's design and fabric choice.

3. Recommend fabrics and materials that suit the client's needs and budget.

4. Provide personalized consultations to clients, understanding their style preferences and requirements.

5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement.

6. Address client feedback and resolve any concerns promptly.

7. Work closely with production, tailors, and other departments to ensure designs are executed flawlessly.

8. Visit clients' locations within Delhi NCR to provide consultations, take measurements, and deliver exceptional service.

9. Conduct digital consultations for outstation clients to provide a seamless experience.

10. Organize regular training sessions to upskill and mentor the design team on techniques, trends, and client handling. 

11. Provide creative and technical solutions to designers facing challenges during their assignments.

12. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to ensure seamless operations and enhanced team productivity.

13. Collaborate with the CRM team to schedule designer appointments efficiently and prioritize client satisfaction.

14. Ensure timely and accurate handovers of client details and design specifications from designers to the production team.

15. Coordinate with the production team to track and update the status of client garments and address any delays.

16. Monitor and ensure designers reach client locations on time, maintaining professionalism and brand standards.

17. Provide inputs and support for B2B projects as required, leveraging expertise to align designs with business goals and client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven minimum 5 years experience in designing wear, especially in the bespoke segment.
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and fit.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client handling.
  • Ability to drive a four-wheeler and a valid driver's license (mandatory).
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and quality.
  • Degree or diploma in fashion design from a reputed institute.
