Work on requirement analysis, application development, unit testing, deployment, and post-rollout support. Provide solutions by conducting detailed technical system and application program analysis. Create detailed technical specifications and write clean, efficient program code. Perform testing and debugging in controlled, real-world scenarios to ensure high-quality deliverables. Coordinate and support software system installation; monitor functionality to meet specifications. Actively participate in technical design discussions and progress review meetings. Handle deployment of Salesforce-based software solutions. Review test results and resolve technical issues/bugs effectively. Work on Salesforce Grant Management Module (experience in this is an added advantage). Candidate Profile Proven hands-on experience in Salesforce application design and development. Strong skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration. Experience with testing, debugging, and deployment of Salesforce applications. Ability to analyze requirements, provide resolutions, and implement scalable solutions. Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodology. Knowledge of CI/CD tools and integration frameworks. Experience in Salesforce Grant Management Module is preferred Salesforce certification (Platform Developer I/II) preferred.
