We are looking for a sharp and dependable Accountant to join our growing team and manage the financial backend of a creative, fast-paced fashion business.

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant based in Khar, Mumbai. The Accountant will be responsible for managing all accounts in Tally, handling day-to-day accounting tasks, coordinating with external stakeholders for finance and compliance matters, and preparing relevant financial reports.

Additionally, the role includes managing the personal accounting of the Director and his family, as well as overseeing ecommerce accounting for Yashaamm Fashions Private Limited.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and record daily financial transactions in Tally.
  • Handle vendor payments, utility bills, and banking tasks across entities 
  • Process TDS calculations, payments, and GSTR-1 preparation & filing
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations
  • Maintain purchase books, generate sales orders, and issue invoices
  • Track direct and indirect expenses, and generate reports.
  • Maintain ecommerce accounting for platforms like Amazon, Myntra, and the brand website
  • Maintain financial records for a soon to be launched brand.
  • Oversee personal accounting and reconciliations for the Director
  • Liaise with CA firm and external consultants for audits, returns, and statutory filings.
