Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance, and oversee day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in investment tracking, inventory management, handling multiple accounts, Tally software, and taxation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations across multiple accounts.
    • Maintain and reconcile financial records using Tally ERP.
      • Track and manage company investments and returns.
        • Oversee inventory accounts and ensure accurate reporting.
          • Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other tax returns in compliance with local laws.
            • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
              • Coordinate with external auditors and prepare audit schedules.
                • Ensure timely payments and monitor receivables/payables.
                  • Generate financial reports and assist in decision-making.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • 3+ years of relevant accounting experience.
      • Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
        • Strong understanding of investment accounting and inventory control.
          • In-depth knowledge of taxation (GST, TDS, etc.).
            • Ability to handle and maintain multiple sets of accounts.
              • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and analytical skills.
                • Certification on Taxation or Tally is preferred
