Assistant Vice President, Finance and Accounting

Inviting applications for a challenging role that will drive financial excellence and transformation in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead large F&A teams in areas of General Accounting, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Account Reconciliation.
  • Balance month end, quarter end year end – preparation, ensure smooth execution and timely closure of books.
  • Develop and lead effective working relationships with stakeholders, promote career progression, and encourage Genpact culture.
  • Achieve/exceed retention targets and deliver outsourced services F&A to ensure customer satisfaction and increased revenue through client up-sell.
  • Collaborate globally with other Genpact business leaders and functional leaders to build and commercialize existing and new product offerings.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant and Graduate from top Commerce colleges.
  • Minimum experience of some years in the F&A Domain.
  • Own end-to-end client service delivery and P&L.
  • Be a key driving force in leading new/existing relationships with valuable clients, achieving a balanced P&L.
  • Develop a strategy for winning and transitioning new deals while running and growing existing relationships.
  • Engage in building collaborative teams that align and work to achieve Genpact and Client goals.
Preferred Skills:
  • Prior experience in the services industry in leading large teams in F&A domains.
  • Intellectual agility and analytical outlook.
  • Prior Record to Report Operations experience in the Industry with driving transformation/projects experience/Robotic implementation experience preferred.
