This provides an extraordinary opportunity to implement the innovative solutions of the company for some of the most prominent financial institutions (Banks / NBFCs / FinTechs) in India.Job Role: Manage various implementation teams and oversee several enterprise implementations concurrently Guide teams in analysis of customer’s business requirements and to propose product solutionsEffectively lead a cross-functional team of Business Analysts, QA, and Technology teamsDelivering impactful presentations and product demonstrations to the key decision makers from various teams within the client's organizationSprint Planning and tracking progress of implementation ensuring timely and quality deliveryDeep experience of implementing Enterprise Solutions, managing SDLC and good understanding of Agile methodologies.Managing external and internal stakeholders, escalation management and presenting Project Status Report at the agreed frequencyCreating proposals, RFP responses and providing timely and mature answers to the techno-functional queries raised by the prospective clientsManaging client expectations in terms of the deliverables, efforts, timelines and product customizations etc.Guiding BAs in writing functional specifications (i.e. Solution Scope Documents and Use Case Documents) highlighting product features and benefits / value-add to customers to capture business process requirements for proposed solutionsEnsure clear understanding of customer's technology requirements; develop innovative solutions, provide support for proposal and project teamsTraining internal teams on product and technologyQualifications: At least 15 years of experience in an enterprise system implementation role with hands-on experience for 10+ years in Digital Lending (LOS, LMS, Collections) or Co-lendingExperience in Treasury, Payments or CBS solutions can also be consideredStrong technical and business awarenessExcellent verbal and written communication skills, experience of preparing proposalsExcellent skills in stakeholder management and escalation managementAbility to communicate a technical message with business relevance to a non-technical audience as well as a technical audienceExcellent presentation abilities and composure in front of all levels of technical and business customers or prospectsExperience in Fintech/ NBFC/ Bank (Digital banking verticals), or with Product solution providers like LOS/LMS/Banking Tech solution providers) would be given preferencePS: This is high pressure job and is not meant for everyone.
