Own strategy, design, delivery, and hands-on engineering across cloud, ML, and product systems with cross-timezone collaboration.Core Skills & Responsibilities-Product & Technical StrategyArchitect solutions for clinical data processing, claims, and healthcare documentation.Design hybrid Azure/on-prem architectures, multi-tenant SaaS, and enterprise deployments.Define architecture principles, design patterns, tech stack selection.Drive build vs buy, PoCs, and manage NFRs: performance, security, HIPAA compliance, scalability, reliability.Present architecture roadmaps to leadership.AI/ML Product EngineeringFine-tune LLMs (Llama, Mistral, Phi-3) on medical datasets.Build MLOps for training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring.Create AI-embedded products.Implement distributed training on Azure ML using GPU clusters (RTX5090/4090, A100, H100).Build model evaluation frameworks, domain metrics, synthetic data pipelines.Manage model versioning, A/B testing, rollback strategies.Platform & InfrastructureDesign microservices architecture using AKS, Service Bus, Event Hubs.Build data pipelines with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks.Implement CI/CD with Azure DevOps, including testing gates.Architect observability (monitoring, logging, alerting, performance analytics).Build hybrid cloud integrations.Manage Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Blob storage, Data Lake architecture.Delivery Excellence & LeadershipLead PoCs, conduct code reviews, handle debugging, optimization, refactoring.Create technical documentation (ADRs, APIs, deployment guides).Identify and resolve technical debt.Team Development & CollaborationMentor junior engineers; provide design/code reviews.Collaborate with US teams with required time overlap.Translate business requirements into technical tasks.Participate in sprint planning, architecture reviews, cross-timezone meetings.Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)Expert Python, PyTorch, Transformers, production ML frameworks.Strong with NVIDIA/CUDA.Proven LLM fine-tuning and model deployment in regulated environments.Experience delivering production AI products with business impact.Strong software engineering, AI/ML, and DevOps expertise.Flexibility for US hours overlap.
