We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with a healthcare recruiting background to expand our client base and strengthen relationships within the healthcare industry. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare staffing, talent acquisition, and industry trends to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and collaborating with recruiters to meet hiring needs.Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, engage, and secure new healthcare clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, close deals, and drive revenue growth.Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to provide tailored staffing solutions.Collaboration with Recruiters: Work closely with healthcare recruiters to ensure seamless talent delivery to clients.Negotiation & Contracts: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service agreements with potential and existing clients.Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups to convert prospects into clients.Compliance & Industry Standards: Ensure all business development activities align with healthcare industry regulations and ethical standards.Reporting & Forecasting: Track and report sales performance, client interactions, and revenue projections.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare field.5+ years of experience in business development within healthcare staffing/recruiting. Direct Client experience is mandatory.Strong understanding of healthcare staffing models, recruitment strategies, and industry regulations.Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence.Proficiency in using CRM tools, ATS platforms, and sales analytics tools.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and priorities.If you are a results-driven professional with a passion for healthcare staffing and business development, we encourage you to apply
