Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to manage lead generation activities and maintain our CRM system effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in using tools like Lusha (or similar) and possess excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business leads through various online and offline channels.

Use tools like Lusha (or similar) to gather and validate prospect data.

Manage and update the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.

Nurture leads through email campaigns, calls, and follow-ups to convert them into opportunities.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align lead generation efforts with business goals.

Track, analyze, and report lead generation metrics and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

3–4 years of experience in lead generation and CRM management.

Proficiency in using Lusha or similar lead generation tools.

Strong understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
