We aim to balance profitability with future preservation, enabling sustainable, long-term success for our clients.Role OverviewThis is a contract role for a Sustainability Manager (ESG Project Manager) based on-site in Noida. The role involves overseeing and managing ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) projects, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring timely and compliant execution. Responsibilities include implementing sustainability frameworks, managing project logistics, conducting assessments, and maintaining alignment with relevant regulatory and reporting standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sustainability strategies aligned with the UN SDGs and the Paris AgreementManage multiple ESG workstreams across environmental, social, and governance domainsBuild and manage ESG governance and risk management frameworksDeliver sustainability policies, transition plans, and strategic frameworksCoordinate with internal departments and external consultants to ensure seamless project executionDevelop strategic deliverables, including Net Zero Transition Plans and ESG frameworksQualifications3–5 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or project managementStrong background in logistics, compliance, or operations within energy, supply chain, or financial servicesExcellent organizational and stakeholder management skillsBachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)Proven ability to translate sustainability goals into actionable programsExperience with expediting processes and conducting inspections is desirableCritical DeliverablesSustainability Strategy Framework DocumentsESG Governance Structure (Three Lines of Defense Model)Risk Management Policies and ProtocolsReporting frameworks aligned with GRI, TCFD, and SASB standardsDouble Materiality AssessmentInternal Control and Assurance FrameworksLocation: Noida (On-site) | Compensation: Up to ₹15 LPA | Contract Role
