Job description📍 Location: New Delhi, Naraina Vihar💼 Experience: 1-4 Years💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (can be adjusted based on experience and skill set)🕒 Job Type: Full-Time | On-siteJob Summary:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our growing team in the logistics and freight forwarding sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our full range of logistics services including ocean, air, and cross-border transportation.Key Responsibilities:Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, visits, and networkingPromote and sell logistics services including international freight, warehousing, and distributionUnderstand client needs and propose customized logistics solutionsPrepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate rates and contractsAchieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growthDevelop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clientsCoordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service deliveryStay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activitiesPrepare regular sales reports and forecastsRequirements:1–4 years of sales experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chainExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong client-facing and relationship-building skillsProficiency in MS Office and CRM softwarePreferred Qualifications:Experience selling international logistics services (air or sea)Knowledge of INCOTERMS, basic shipping documentation, and customs processesStrong network within the logistics or trade community
