JOB DESCRIPTION FOR PPC LEAD / MANAGERQualification : BE / B Tech - Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)Experience level : 8 - 11 years Personal Attributes required : Communication skills, strong Leadership, Problem Solving, Critical thinkingDomain/ Functional skills required : CNC Turning, Milling, Grinding, etc., Production SchedulingLeading the production planning to assure the OTD target per customer, qualitative and quantitative production Scheduling including Zero Stock out for Safety Stock, OTD >98 % per agreed time to time production plan(s) and schedules, 100% Inventory accounting and reconciliation.Establish & Evaluate Master Production Schedule to OTD and Production ValueAssure Convert the Master Production schedule into Machine Loading / Subcontracting ProcessesMonitor, Measure the Production Schedule Progress and ExpediteEnsure and report WIP Inventory Quality and Accuracy ( Perpetual and Physical Count Cycle)Monitor and report Conformance to Production Work Order On Time Delivery as per Original PromiseEnsure Customer Order On Time Delivery as per Original Vs. Latest PromiseMonitor, Measure, Initiate delivery failure corrective actions with appropriate responsibilityWork together with Inter-functionals Viz. PPC Team member (KAM's), SALES, Engineering, Quality to identify Production Risk and MitigateAssuring committed production Value is achieved on daily, weekly and monthly per planDrive Kaizen (Scheduling, People, Skill, Talent, Process, Quality, Setup Change, Tool Cost and etc.,)Following, Driving, ensuring MPS, and Customer Urgent (Critical and Line down) orders expeditedAgile Reporting and communication of Performance, Progress, Escalations to Superior / Management
