As a Tech Lead Manager (TLM), you will be in a hybrid role that combines senior technical leadership with people management. You will act as a "multiplier," balancing hands-on work with team leadership. This will be to work on our AI Transform product


What You’ll Do

  • Own the architecture and execution of major systems.
  • Lead by example in coding, code reviews, and design.
  • Manage a small team of 3–6 engineers.
  • Balance hands-on work with team leadership (approximately 50/50).
  • Coach your team on engineering practices and technical growth.



What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex system initiatives with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to improve the quality, performance, or scalability of a module or product you own.
  • Experience driving consistent improvement in code quality and technical decisions.
  • A history of fostering a strong mentorship culture in technical areas.
  • Clear influence in architecture across teams within a product.


Nice To Haves/Other

  • Experience with LangGraph/LangChain or similar, vector databases, and the pros/cons of various LLMs
