As we continue our growth journey, we are actively seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Diamond Buyer Executive to join our dynamic team.Job Overview:As a Diamond Buyer Executive at Diamonds On Call, you will play a pivotal role in the sourcing and acquisition of right-quality diamonds. This position involves establishing strong relationships with suppliers, strong computer skills, staying updated on industry trends, and ensuring our diamond inventory reflects the utmost standards of quality and authenticity.--Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing and ProcurementCompleting orders as per the orders from sales department with accuracy and timely manner.Identify and create relationships with reputable diamond suppliers globally.Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure favorable agreements for the company.Market AnalysisStay informed about market trends, pricing dynamics, and emerging industry developments.Analyze market conditions to anticipate shifts in demand and supply.Documentation and ComplianceEnsure all necessary documentation, certifications, and compliance standards are met for each diamond purchase.Prepare documents for logistical supports to get diamonds delivered to our officeVerify purchase documents and invoices for details and pricing.Relationship BuildingCultivate and nurture strong relationships with diamond suppliers, dealers, and industry professionals.Professionally represent the company at industry events and trade shows.ReportingIn this role, you will work closely with sales & technical support department.
