Overall 25+ years’ experience in IT Services Extensive experience working for Banking customersExperience in Application Development, Application Support & Transformation – Delivery Leadership candidate, who has demonstrated managing large accounts – 60+Mil ACV, 800+ Members Handled variety of programs – Time & Material, Fixed price, Production support, etcSomeone with good pedigree - Education and Employment Someone who has grown accounts from scratch (grown at least two accounts from scratch)Grown with in Organization as a leader and strong Project / Program / Delivery Management experience Leadership:Lead the delivery unit in meeting all client commitments and adhering to the project construct, Drive innovations across projects to establish Value Driven DeliveryEnsure all governance and compliance guidelines are upheld and experience in setting up strong performing teamLead strategic & tactical decisions on growing the portfolio, mentoring emerging talent, setup portfolio with 800+ team members Solution response & Bid Management:Demonstrated experience in managing bids end to endExperience in handling RFP, estimation, solution & winning multiple large deals Client Management:Manage escalations effectively to avoid stakeholder dissatisfaction.
