We’re looking for dynamic Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team in Kolkata
Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Park Circus, Kolkata (On-site position)
Experience: 6 months – 2 years in sales/telesales
Your Opportunity to Build a Rewarding Sales Career As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for businesses looking to grow. You’ll engage with Australian companies, introduce tailored solutions, and set up high-value appointments for our clients. This is a high-impact role with an attractive incentive structure with unlimited earning potential and clear career growth
Essential Skills & Qualifications ✔️ Fluent English communication skills – Clear, professional, and engaging conversation ability
✔️ Strong sales acumen – Ability to identify opportunities and build rapport
✔️ Resilience & adaptability – Ability to handle objections and rejection positively
✔️ Attention to detail – Keeping accurate records in CRM and following up on leads
✔️ Mandatory: Work from office – This is an on-site role in Kolkata
Preferred Skills & Experience Previous experience in telesales/telemarketing
Experience working with international clients (preferably the Australian market)
Ability to communicate across multiple channels ( calls, emails, LinkedIn )
A passion for sales and a hunger for career growth
What You’ll Do Conduct outbound calls to Australian businesses to qualify leads
Set up high-value appointments with potential clients
Follow structured sales scripts and adapt messaging based on conversations
Manage CRM records and update lead status
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
Work closely with the sales team to improve outreach strategies
Work Schedule Full-time position
Shift Timing: 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM IST (Australian shift)
Work Location: 3rd Floor, 9 Syed Amir Ali Ave, Park Circus, Ballygunge, Kolkata, 700017 (Near Zishan Restaurant)
