Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Park Circus, Kolkata ( On-site )

Experience:

6 months – 2 years in international pre-sales/telesales

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

outbound calls

to international businesses to qualify leads

Set up

high-value appointments

with potential clients

Follow structured

sales scripts

and adapt messaging as needed

Manage

CRM records

and update lead statuses

Meet and exceed

daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets

Collaborate with the sales team to refine and enhance outreach strategies

What We Are Looking For:

Excellent English Communication

– Clear, professional & engaging

Strong Pre-Sales Acumen

– Ability to qualify leads & build rapport

Resilience & Adaptability

– Skilled in handling objections & driving results

Attention to Detail

– Managing CRM systems & follow-ups efficiently

Previous experience in international sales/pre-sales preferred

On-site role only – Work from the office required

Work Schedule:

Full-time position

Shift Timing:

5:30 AM - 2:30 PM IST (Australian shift)
