Senior Manager, Field Marketing Lead

We are seeking an experienced and strategic marketing leader to join our team as the Field Marketing Lead for the Banking and Capital Markets industry. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Genpact's business objectives and drive growth in the banking and capital markets sector.
  • Enhance the Genpact brand within the banking and capital markets industry through targeted campaigns, thought leadership, and innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Lead demand generation efforts, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and partnerships to generate leads and support sales efforts.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Work closely with senior leadership, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Relevant years of experience in marketing & leadership role within the banking and capital markets industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and demand generation techniques.
