This role encompasses the beginning stages of the hiring process—from partnering with business leaders on position strategy and candidate requirements to developing sourcing strategies, and assessing top talent.Are you eager to join an experienced, collaborative team that’s passionate about our success? Your focus will be on providing outstanding customer and candidate experiences, fostering lasting relationships, and working closely with our People team colleagues worldwide.As the gatekeeper of our culture, you will uphold our high quality bar for talent and ensure that every candidate aligns with Palo Alto Networks’ values of execution, collaboration, integrity, inclusion, and disruption.Your Impact:Collaborate closely with US based recruiters in PST while also partnering with hiring managers to understand and define the skills, backgrounds, and experiences required for various rolesDevelop and execute the front end recruitment process ensuring that candidates meet or exceed our high hiring standardsStay up to date on industry trends, top talent, and competitive landscape - Implement innovative recruitment strategies to stay ahead of market demandsDevelop and manage a robust pipeline of candidates, including passive candidates, and ensure effective engagement and a world class candidate experience throughout the recruitment processConduct thorough candidate assessments and present well-researched candidate slatesMaintain a high quality bar for talent, ensuring every candidate aligns with our cultural and operational standardsEnsure ATS/CRM are kept up to date with the most accurate information for reporting purposes and to help the org and business make the best decisions possibleConstantly seek new ways to learn and adapt to evolving recruitment strategies and the changing landscape of cybersecurity talent - Maintain an aptitude for learning and applying new recruiting tools and techniquesDemonstrate the ability to push forward and navigate roadblocks, turning setbacks into learning opportunities while driving recruitment successManage administrative tasks as needed such as coordinating recruiting eventsYour Experience5+ years of recruitment experience with US clients, preferably in hardware/software companiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work PST hoursProficiency with modern recruiting systems and toolsExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skillsResilient, adaptable, and skilled at storytelling/presentationOur TeamOur recruitment team is at the core of building our talent pool – connected directly to the mission of preventing cyberattacks.
