Sales Executive – B2B (Field Sales, Waste Management Solutions)

Location: Ahmedabad

Salary: INR 3–4.2 LPA + Lucrative Incentives

Join Duro Green Waste Management—a leading provider of wet waste management solutions Engage directly with corporates, government bodies, and commercial clients to drive business growth and promote eco-friendly practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new clients (corporate, government, retail, hospitality, residential societies, etc.)
  • Lead client visits, provide product demos, and close sales deals
  • Manage relationships, ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Track and report sales progress using CRM; coordinate with internal teams
  • Attend events/exhibitions representing Duro Green
  • Negotiate contracts and service terms with the prospects and renewal clients.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and references.
  •  Work closely with the marketing team to improve sales strategies and promotional activities.

You Bring:

  • 1–2 years' successful field sales experience (B2B/industrial/corporate)
  • Experience in government or PSU sales tendering (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, go-getter attitude and willingness to travel locally
