Droom is at the forefront of revolutionizing the automotive industry with our asset-light, tech- heavy platform approach. We offer a comprehensive suite of SaaS solutions, including Pricing as a Service, History as a Service, Inspection as a Service and Fleet Management as a Service, designed to empower enterprises across the BFSI, Automobile OEM, and Fleet. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced enterprise sales leader to join our team as Senior Director Enterprise Sales. The ideal candidate will have strong revenue focus and a track record of success in driving sales within our target industries for SaaS offerings. This role requires someone who can build new relationships, harness existing relationships, develop channel partnerships and provide stern leadership on each stage of sales funnel. Person should be able to create a GTM plan, resource planning for sales team, coordinate with the product and service delivery teams and win client trust and confidence. Person who keeps his ears and eyes wide open for client feedback and pain-points, market trends and competitive forces will rock in the role.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for Droom's suite of SaaS solutions. Build and nurture new client relationships, leveraging existing networks, and developing channel partnerships to expand market reach and penetration. Provide strong leadership to manage the entire sales funnel, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure and account management. Create and implement resource planning strategies for the sales team, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize sales effectiveness. Collaborate closely with product and service delivery teams to close the feedback loop and ensure that our products are updated as per the market feedback. Establish and maintain client trust and confidence through effective communication, transparency, and responsiveness. Proactively gather client feedback and identify market trends and competitive forces to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement. Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging trends to maintain Droom's competitive edge and position as an industry leader.Requirements:
Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field Minimum 12 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on selling SaaS-based products or solutions to BFSI, Automobile OEM, and Fleet companies Leverage personal network and industry relationships to open doors, secure meetings, and generate leads within target segments and key accounts Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets Strong leadership skills with experience leading and motivating high-performing sales teams Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective go-to-market plans Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth and delivering value to customers Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a high-performing sales team, driving results and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration Deep understanding of the BFSI, Automobile OEM, and Fleet industries, including key market trends, challenges, and opportunities Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven approach to sales planning and execution Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support business development activities-
