We are seeking a dynamic Front Office Executive to join our team at Shrinithi Insurance Broking Private Limited in Chennai. This is a full-time, junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient front office operations and excellent customer interactions, embodying our commitment to superior customer service.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, enabling efficient documentation and data handling.
  • Experience with customer relationship management software to manage and analyze customer interactions effectively.
  • Skilled in operating multiline phone systems to handle customer calls professionally.
  • Accurate data entry capabilities to maintain organized and precise records.
  • Ability to use appointment scheduling software to manage meetings and appointments efficiently.
  • Excellent professional communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping for managing customer payments and financial transactions.

  • Manage the front desk operations, including greeting clients and answering calls, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars for the office team.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information regarding the company's services and insurance products.
  • Maintain and organize office records and documents, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with other team members on administrative tasks and projects to support overall office efficiency.
  • Implement and maintain office procedures and systems to enhance efficiency and customer service experience.
  • Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoice processing and customer payment records.
