We are seeking a Rhapsody Certified Integration Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, configuring, testing, and maintaining healthcare interfaces using the Rhapsody Integration Engine, ensuring robust and standards-based interoperability across healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, configure, and maintain interfaces using Orion Health's Rhapsody Integration Engine
  • Design message workflows using HL7 v2/v3, FHIR, DICOM, and other healthcare standards
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams, external HIS vendors, and client IT teams
  • Support integration lifecycle activities: requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
  • Monitor interface performance and troubleshoot production issues
  • Create and maintain interface documentation and technical specifications
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and interoperability standards
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in healthcare integration projects
  • Rhapsody Integration Engine Certification (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare messaging standards: HL7 v2/v3, FHIR, DICOM, X12
  • Experience in scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Java, XSLT) within Rhapsody
  • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, InterSystems)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with healthcare integration in the GCC region
  • Understanding of UAE healthcare regulations and data privacy requirements
  • Knowledge of other integration engines (e.g., Mirth Connect, Cloverleaf, Ensemble) is a plus
  • Arabic language proficiency is an advantage
