Role: AVP / VP – Business Solution Architect (Agentic AI – Insurance Domain)Location: PAN IndiaExperience:AVP: 14–22 yearsVP: 22+ yearsRole OverviewWe are seeking dynamic leaders to architect and drive next-generation Agentic AI solutions within the Insurance (P&C) domain. The ideal candidate will combine deep industry expertise with strong solutioning and consulting skills to design, implement, and optimize AI-driven, autonomous systems that enhance decision-making, process efficiency, and customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify opportunities to deploy agentic AI across insurance workflows (claims, underwriting, policy management, customer service).Lead the solution architecture of multi-agent systems, workflow orchestration, and prompt strategies.Collaborate with engineering and business teams for seamless system integration (ERP, CRM, Helpdesk, etc.).Drive proof-of-concept development and measure business impact through defined success metrics.Ensure compliance with ethical AI, security, and governance standards.Engage with senior clients to communicate value, roadmap, and transformation strategy.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong understanding of LLMs, autonomous agents, and workflow orchestration tools.Demonstrated expertise in Insurance / P&C domain – mandatory.Background in consulting/advisory (preferred: EY, Accenture, EXL, or similar).Proven ability to rationalize tech fitment, define ROI, and translate business challenges into AI-led solutions.Excellent client presence, analytical thinking, and communication skills.Why JoinLead AI-first transformation across the insurance industry.Collaborate with top engineers and AI experts.Drive measurable impact through innovation, ethics, and execution excellenc
