Main Responsibilities: Support the Sales Manager in preparing regular performance reports and presentations for senior management Aid in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts Identify potential business opportunities and generate new leads within the freight forwarding market Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements Ensure a high level of customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues efficiently Qualifications: University degree or suitable equivalent Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in the same field MS Office programs Excellent problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Outstanding people skills.
