- Sales Planner

Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidate and analyze past sales data to identify trends and recommend interventions to drive future growth.
- Develop detailed dashboards to monitor performance across business units and sales teams.
- Consolidate weekly/monthly sales forecasts, tracking business in hand and delivery feasibility.
- Collaborate with leadership to set annual operating plans and establish targets for achievement.
- Regularly review individual and team performance to ensure alignment with goals.
- Drive innovation by introducing industry best practices.
- Stay informed on automotive industry trends, reports, launches, and events, and communicate relevant updates to the sales teams.
- Design impactful presentations for the sales head to deliver to management and teams.
- Coordinate across business teams on business delivery update.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Timeliness and accuracy of reports.
- Quality of analysis and its influence on business decisions.
- Alignment of sales strategies with company objectives.
- Integration of automotive industry trends into sales strategies.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Effective collaboration with large sales teams.
- Expertise in creating and implementing sales strategies.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and industry trends.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience creating presentations for stakeholders.
- Knowledge of upselling and product strategies to enhance customer value.
- Ability to identify emerging market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Experience working with product teams to optimize sales initiatives.
