You’ll be responsible for defining QA strategy, building automation frameworks, and ensuring performance and reliability across cutting-edge AI products like Velocity and Agentic AI.Required Skills & Experience:7+ years of QA experience in product/platform environments.Proven track record of owning QA across complex, scalable systems (Web Apps, APIs, Backend).Hands-on experience testing multimedia assets – video, audio, and image workflows.Prior experience with cloud-native, ML-powered, or agent-based platforms.Ability to identify test coverage gaps and proactively mitigate quality risks.Automation Expertise:5+ years of strong automation experience.Proven ability to build and scale automation frameworks from scratch.Expertise in automating tests across all levels – Unit, Integration, UI, and API.Hands-on experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines.Key Responsibilities:🔹 Platform Quality OwnershipLead QA strategy & execution for Velocity and Agentic AI.Ensure quality across UI, API, backend, integrations (LLMs, cloud services), and outputs (images, video, audio, JSON).🔹 Functional & Exploratory TestingPlan, execute, and report functional tests across multimedia workflows and user-facing tools.Validate end-to-end experiences including video rendering accuracy, agent fallback logic, and API reliability.🔹 Automation EngineeringBuild automation frameworks from scratch for UI, API, backend, and system-level testing.Select the best tech stack – optimize for speed, maintainability, and coverage.Own automation pipelines integrated with CI/CD workflows.🔹 Performance & Resilience TestingIdentify quality risks (concurrency issues, multimedia processing failures, LLM timeouts, agent orchestration failures).Conduct performance, load, and regression testing to ensure platform robustness.🔹 Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Engineering, Product, Design, and AI teams to maintain quality in rapid release cycles.Contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives with quality-focused insights.
