Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesStrong understanding and knowledge in ITIL ProcessesDesign and develop solutions within ServiceNow environment to include modifications of applications, Forms , Workflows/Flows and interfaces supporting ITIL customersDevelop and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts ,Script Includes, WidgetsDevelop and configure Notifications , UI Pages, UI Macros, ACLs, Transform Maps and other core conceptsDevelop standards , process and support and maintenance of existing environmentDevelop use-case scenarios for TestingAssist with analyzing and converting business requirements to system requirementsWork with stakeholders to design testing strategies for development, QA and UAT environmentsWorking knowledge of ServiceNow release upgrade process for implementationExperience with full suite of ITSM modules including Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Case Management, Service PortalIntegrate ServiceNow applications with third applications using REST/SOAP APIsExperience working with Javascript, JSON, AJAX, HTML, XML, Angular with advance scripting capabilitiesRequire strong debugging and troubleshooting skillsTo be proficient in understanding end to end deployment processQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related branch6+ years overall work experience with 5+ years’ relevant experience with ServiceNow developing core ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Case ,Agent WorkspaceServiceNow Developer Certifications preferably CSA, CADITIL v4 certificationStrong verbal and written communication skills , proven technical leadership.
