You will capture the chaos, the grind, the breakthroughs. You will turn everyday moments into stories. You will build a creative universe around a startup that is growing fast. YOUR MISSION You are here to document the rise of VentureLync in a way that feels: Cinematic Emotional Raw Honest Viral Memorable You’re not capturing content. You’re building legacy. YOUR CORE OUTPUT 1. Daily Instagram Reels + YouTube Shorts (with memes) This is your daily heartbeat. You will: Capture the founder in motion Film micro moments Turn chaos into storytelling Use humour, memes, and modern editing Build an aesthetic that feels fresh and young Post every day Your reels must feel alive. Fast. Sharp. Playful. Emotional. 2. Three Cinematic YouTube Videos Per Week (6 to 8 minutes) These are not vlogs. These are mini documentaries . Every video should feel like: A founder film A startup story in motion A window into the making of a unicorn You will create: Cinematic b-roll Founder voiceovers Slow motion sequences Music-driven storytelling Real life struggles Moments that hit emotionally Each video becomes a chapter in the story of VentureLync. 3. Three to Five Stunning Ads Every Month This is where you train for the big leagues. You will: Script Direct Shoot Edit Cut variations Build premium visuals Design the aesthetic of the entire brand Your ads should feel: Clean Minimal Apple-level Gymshark-energy Tesla-style raw power This is your arena to grow into a world class creative director . YOUR GROWTH PLAN: FROM INTERN -> CREATIVE HEAD Month 1 Learn the founder. Capture daily reels. Edit fast. Find the brand’s soul. Month 2 to 3 Create cinematic videos. Produce ads. Shape the visual identity. Month 4 to 6 Take leadership. Build systems. Drive campaigns. Elevate brand standard. Year 1 Become Creative Head. Hire the next two to three designers, editors, cinematographers. Build the in-house media team of a future unicorn. This is the fastest creative growth path you’ll ever see in your life.
