About Our Client: Client is a wealth management company that combines the expertise of seasoned investment professionals with advanced technology.Job Title: Client Financial Partner- DigitalEducation: Graduate/ MBA/ CA/ CFAExperience: 1 - 6 years of experience in the wealth segment and a detailed knowledge about selling of Mutual Funds & PMS (Portfolio Management Services) & AIF (Alternate Investment Funds)Location: Multiple locationPreferences: Local Candidates with relevant Experience and good Communication SkillsWorking Days: Any 6 days Working as per the RequirementAbout the role :We are actively seeking dynamic individuals to join the inbound business team at Client Organisation. In this capacity, you will engage with discerning inbound clients possessing a net worth of 50 lakhs and above. Your primary responsibilities will encompass facilitating a comprehensive understanding of Organisation's Portfolio Management Service and Mutual Fund investment strategies, ultimately guiding clients in their investment endeavors.What you will work on:You get pre-scheduled video meetings with potential clients where you will have to review client's portfolio holdings and give your expert suggestions on if their holdings are aligned with the market (portfolio size of ₹50L & above).Interact and convert these high-intent inbound clients into investing in our portfolio products.Apply strong analytical skills in order to help clients by various data points.Have good knowledge of the overall markets and use those points in your conversations with clients.Evaluate customer requirements and asset distribution, actively initiate communication with the customer to confirm a thorough comprehension of their financial needs and future wealth management objectives.Showcase Organisation's portfolio management approach of fund selection, investment strategies, risk management and guide them on future investments.Help clients in their onboarding process by coordinating with multiple stakeholders like the operations team, product team and tech team.Guide clients thoroughly on their Tax liabilities when exiting or entering into funds.Maintain good relationships with your existing clients for investing more into different products which we offer.What we expect:Minimum 1 years of sales experience in financial services like retail banks, investing fintechs, AMCs etc.Excellent communication skills.Deep knowledge of either mutual funds or stocks or PMS.Ability to explain complex investment methodology to clients in simple terms.High ownership and strong stakeholder management skills (both internal and external).Education & Certifications:MBA or CA or CFA is preferred.NISM Mutual Funds & PMS Distributors certificates (within 1 month of joining).To succeed in this role:Bring a high level of energy and enthusiasm to your role.Dedication to go the extra mile to achieve outstanding results.Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.Openness to change, embrace challenges, and continuously seek opportunities for growth and development.Fresh perspectives and innovative thinking to solve problems.Folks you will work with:The people you work with are crucial to your experience and success at work.
