Ltd. aims to deliver impactful solutions in education and beyond.About the RoleWe’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven SMT Line Inventory Executive to take charge of material flow and inventory accuracy in our high-speed SMT production line. You’ll be the link between planning, production, and procurement—ensuring that every component lands at the right place, at the right time, in perfect order.Key Responsibilities· Monitor and maintain real-time inventory for SMT line components and consumables.· Coordinate with purchase and planning teams for material availability and shortages.· Prepare and update Material In/Out reports, FIFO tracking, and stock reconciliation.· Support SMT operators and line leaders by issuing components per production schedule.· Manage MSL (Moisture Sensitive Level) component handling and storage.· Ensure 5S compliance and traceability standards at stores and line-side racks.· Handle return material, non-conformance tagging, and scrap segregation.· Assist during monthly audits and cycle counts to maintain zero variance.Desired Skills & Qualifications· Diploma / B.E in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.· 1–3 years of experience in SMT / EMS / Electronics production.· Familiar with SAP / ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word).· Good understanding of SMT component packaging, reel identification, and MSD control.· Strong coordination skills and a proactive approach toward problem-solving.Why Join Us?You’ll be part of a fast-growing electronics manufacturing setup where precision meets innovation.
