Roles & Responsibility
Revenue Target
- Work towards 100% Sales Targets and Collection
- Identifies opportunities by researching industry and related inquiries.
- Locate and propose potential business deals by contacting key decision makers
- Track progress against targets on an ongoing basis and take necessary action with corporate office to refocus efforts if targets are not being met
- Sales order Planning, Revenue Planning and Market Expansion planning
- Monthly reviews with Sales team
Team Building
- Drive the team towards the organizational goals in-terms of Company Ethics, Revenue and Profitability.
- Educate the Sales team in-terms of sales activities and Product features
Operations
Travel inside the country and outside the country for Sales and Customer meetings when required.
Partner Management
Work with the marketing team for lead generation.
Participation in Expos in connection with the marketing team.
Managing the project operations
Account Management
Develop and actively engage in client relationship building
To support delivery teams in project implementations
Meet customers on Implementation and support escalations
Handling Strategic accounts and meeting them regularly
Regularly meet existing customers and establish the developments of product and organization.
Experience and Knowledge
Must have:
- Strong Domain Experience.
- Consultative Sales Approach, with a Flair for Learning.
- History of Achieving sales targets.
- Excellent Demonstrative skills of the product and self.
- Ability to be detail oriented, get into the depth of the problem and provide solutions
- Quick and Accurate Decision making
- Be able to Travel Extensively
