We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Coordinator to join our team, playing a pivotal role in bolstering our global Employer Branding and Marketing initiatives for the Sourcing Team worldwide. Your sphere of influence will span across various regions, including the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and beyond. Your role will be instrumental in our mission to reach global talent. You'll create & coordinate our recruitment marketing campaigns tailored to diverse international audiences, ensuring that our employer brand resonates effectively across different cultures and demographics. By creating content that engaging with candidates from various backgrounds and regions, you'll help us build a truly diverse and inclusive talent pipeline. Additionally, your expertise will enable us to identify emerging talent trends and preferences in different global markets, empowering us to tailor our recruitment strategies accordingly and stay ahead of the curve in attracting top talent. How you'll make an impact Dedicated employer brand resource to supplement and nurture Sourcing led talent pipeline development through strategic attraction methodologies and engagement campaigns. Develop tailored content designed to nurture segmented talent pipeline. Content should be developed in partnership with divisional stakeholders to deliver relevant and timely messaging. Infuse newly developed Employee Value Proposition (EVP) messaging into all talent attraction media campaigns. Partner with regional recruiting teams to develop just in time programmatic media campaigns to support current and future talent needs. Measure and showcase campaign successes and impact on all executed employer brand and recruitment marketing campaigns. About you At least 4 to 6 years of experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing with a bachelor's degree. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written communication with engaging content for talent attraction purposes. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of programmatic strategy and job boards. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when necessary. Detail-oriented and proactive attitude.-
