We're a 14+ year-old creative powerhouse making films, campaigns, and digital strategies for 100+ global brands. We combine creative storytelling with sharp performance marketing to deliver results. Now, we're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can drive ROI, hit KPIs, and bring both focus and ownership to every campaign.

What You'll Do
  • Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
  • Support Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation and sales.
  • Find the right keywords & audiences — not just traffic, but the right traffic.
  • Write and test ad copies to improve CTR, Quality Score, and conversions.
  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel).
  • Monitor campaigns daily and optimise bids, budgets, and targeting.
  • Prepare reports with insights and clear next steps.
  • Work closely with the creative team to make ads that look great and perform.
What You Must Bring (Non-Negotiables – based on past challenges)
  • Consistency & reliability — we need someone who follows through, not just starts strong.
  • Understanding of the "why" behind campaigns, not just executing tasks blindly.
  • Strong with numbers & data — can interpret metrics, not just read them.
  • Good understanding of platform algorithms (Google & Meta) and how to work with them.
  • Learning mindset — aims to improve with each campaign, not repeat mistakes.
  • Clear communication & directness — no beating around the bush.
Skills & Requirements
  • 1–2 years hands-on Google Ads experience; Meta Ads exposure is a plus.
  • Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Manager.
  • Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills for data tracking.
  • Google Ads Certification is a plus (or willingness to get it).

  • CPL / CPA within targets.
  • CTR & Quality Score improvements.
  • ROAS growth month-on-month.
  • Faster optimisation cycles with measurable impact.
