Flash Delivery is an online grocery delivery company operating in the United Kingdom. With a mission to make grocery shopping seamless and convenient, Flash is rapidly expanding its reach through a robust franchise model. Currently, 50 franchises are successfully operating across the UK, delivering exceptional service and redefining grocery delivery.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Franchise Sales Intern to join our team and play a pivotal role in the expansion of Flash Delivery's franchise network in the United Kingdom. This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and engage potential franchise partners across the United Kingdom.
● Conduct research to understand market trends and franchise opportunities in target regions.
● Communicate the benefits of Flash Delivery's franchise model to prospective partners through calls, emails, and presentations.
● Support the sales team in creating compelling proposals, presentations, and franchise agreements.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchise partners.
● Keep track of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.
Qualifications and Skills:
● Educational Background: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
● Language Proficiency: Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, is essential to cater to the UK market.
● Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to connect and communicate effectively with prospective franchisees.
● Sales Enthusiasm: A genuine interest and enthusiasm for sales with a proactive attitude toward achieving targets.
● Experience: Previous training or internship experience in sales is a plus.
● Adaptability: Ability to learn quickly, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to sales strategies.
