Position: Salesforce Developer Experience Required: 5–8 years Location: Delhi NCR (preferred) Type: Full time About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and declarative customizations, with a proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.Customize and configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and flows.Work on system integrations with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or other tools.Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and admins to gather requirements and propose effective solutions.Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Salesforce applications and integrations.Support Salesforce release management including deployments using CI/CD tools.Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and recommend improvements.Required Skills & Qualifications:5–8 years of Salesforce development experience.Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like Mulesoft/Jitterbit/Boomi is a plus).Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Git, ANT, or similar).Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange products and their customization.Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory); Developer II or other advanced certifications preferred.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
