Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned SQL Server data engineer to spearhead our Salesforce conversion project. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with onsite architects and functional teams to design, build, and optimize SQL Server-based staging and transformation processes.The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and building ETL processes (T-SQL, stored procedures, SQL jobs) for migrating data from Oracle Fusion into Salesforce. They will also create and maintain staging tables, mappings, and transformation logic to align Oracle Fusion data structures with Salesforce objects.Key responsibilities include analyzing the Oracle Fusion data model and mapping it to Salesforce standard and custom objects, developing robust data validation and reconciliation scripts/reports to ensure completeness and accuracy pre- and post-load, optimizing SQL queries and jobs for performance and scalability on large data volumes in SQL Server, collaborating closely with onsite Salesforce functional/technical teams to align on object model, required fields, and data constraints, working with Oracle Fusion functional/technical teams to understand source data, business rules, and data quality issues, and troubleshooting and resolving data load issues, referential integrity problems, and performance bottlenecks during mock cycles and cutover.
